When will my gift arrive?
Items should arrive within 14 business days. If your item doesn't arrive within this timeframe, please fill out the Help Form below.

How will my gift arrive?
Items are shipped by the U.S. Postal Service, FedEx and UPS. If you order a large or bulky item, such as a refrigerator, your item will be shipped by a freight company.

What happens if I order a large or bulky item like a furniture set?
If you order a large item, your order will be shipped by a freight company. You will be contacted to set up a delivery window and if the delivery company is unable to reach you, they will leave a note at your door with their contact information.

What do I do if my gift arrived damaged or if I am unhappy with it?
Please make sure to check your gift as soon as it arrives to ensure it has not been damaged in shipping and is in working order. If you would like to request a replacement or select an alternate gift, please fill out the Help Form below within 30 days of delivery.

Can I track my gift?
