Why can't I log in?
This awards program has ended, effective March 8, 2019. If you have any questions, please reach out to your program administrator, Kelsey Gallo, at kelsey.gallo@nicholasandco.com.

When will my gift arrive?
Items should arrive within 14 business days. You will receive a shipping notification email as soon as your gift ships from our supplier's warehouse. If your item doesn't arrive within this timeframe, please fill out the form below.

How will my gift arrive?
Items are shipped by the U.S. Postal Service, FedEx and UPS. If you order a large or bulky item, such as a refrigerator, your item will be shipped by a freight company. The freight company will contact you by phone prior to delivery.

What happens if I order a large or bulky item like a furniture set?
If you order a large item, your order will be shipped by a freight company. You will be contacted to set up a delivery window and if the delivery company is unable to reach you, they will leave a note at your door with their contact information.
 
*Please note: the delivery time for larger items may take up to 4-6 weeks.

What do I do if my gift arrived damaged or if I am unhappy with it?
Please make sure to check your gift as soon as it arrives to ensure it has not been damaged in shipping and is in working order. If you would like to request a replacement or select an alternate gift, please fill out a request in the help form within 30 days of delivery. Damaged gifts will be replaced free of charge.

If a recipient would like to return or exchange an item because he or she simply does not like it or would prefer to make a different selection, he or she can contact Awards Network to request an exchange within 30 days for receiving the item. We will provide an RMA# and return address but recipient will be responsible for the cost to return the item. We want to ensure that all recipients are happy with the item(s) they order and invite them to fill out a help request if they are looking for any additional information or have questions about the item(s) they are interested in ordering to ensure that the item lives up to expectations once it is received.

Can I track my gift?
You will receive shipping updates as long as you enter a valid email address when placing your order on the checkout page.  You will receive an order confirmation email as soon as you place your order.  When the order ships, you will receive a shipping notification email.
