In my flustered state of mind I was having trouble navigating the pick-up zones. A very nice, outgoing, and friendly man named Muhammad saw my frustration and quickly came to my aid. He was very helpful in telling me where to go and what to look for, all while making comfortable conversation and making me feel like a friend. Experience: We had endured 2 frantic days of travel challenges. After arriving at Newark, we knew we needed to be at JFK with in 2 hours to catch a connecting flight. Being unfamiliar with the intricacies of mass public transit, we spoke with Ubong. He was very kind and cheerful and took the time to map out our journey to JFK. He told us which stations to go through and how/where to receive further assistance. He was a ray of sunshine in our grueling travel days!!! He was truly a blessing at the end of a long trip!

Once we realized that we had lost the bag, Adam swiftly radioed to all points to find the bag and within 5 minutes our bag was located. And even as my wife went to retrieve the bag no one else could direct her to the other ERMC associates that were holding her bag. This is an invaluable service as no one else could help us out. Experience: My flight arrived late and Luis was driving the shuttle to the rental car area. When Luis dropped myself and another passenger off we were told by another shuttle driver that Avis had stopped running even though they were not supposed to. We called Avis with no answer. Luis was still there so we asked if he could drop us off at Avis. After checking with the supervisor to make sure it was ok he drove us both to Avis and pointed out where to go. This was certainly above and beyond and I am very appreciate. Thanks Luis!

It has been over 5 years before I have been in NYC, so I was not familiar with public transportation. I guess this passenger notified your staff and soon as arrived at terminal B Darlene and one other staffer met my bus. Soon as I opened to door Darlene was on the bus when I got out the seat Darlene had found the left item and she then explained to me what was going on. This all happened so quickly just happy this story had a happy ending.

Darlene escorted me to the elevators because I didn't see them and we said goodbye. Imagine my surprise when the elevator doors opened and Darlene was there to make sure I knew exactly where to wait and went into detail on what shuttle to take and what to expect about having to get off a Terminal A and switch to another shuttle. Experience: We were stuck in an airport my co-worker had his medication in the luggage that we couldn't get to. After a couple of hours talking to different people (airline representatives, janitorial, police officers, security) trying to figure out how to get our stuff out of this room we lost all hope. My assistant called Keesha P - ERMC - Terminal A and she jumped right into action. She found us and with a very calm and reassuring attitude said "don't worry, I'll make sure to take care of this for you". She then proceeded to get on her radio and made the correct contacts to get us the answer we desperately needed. There was 1 person for the airline still there, she managed to find them and get them to go help us. Without Keesha our entire trip could have gone sideways but this exemplary person who went above and beyond changed everything. After dealing with rude people who turned us away and were angry that we needed help she was a breath of fresh air in this crazy time we live in.

Experience: We were blown away by how amazing Ms. Brown was. She actually stayed past her normal working day to help us. We'd moved permanently from Europe that day and had more luggage than we could carry. We also have a toddler who, if not in a stroller, refuses to do anything but run. We were surprised by two things at Newark: because it was raining we could only pick up our stroller at baggage claim (meaning we had to physically carry our very heavy toddler, as well as our other carry-ons), and the driver we'd hired could only meet us after baggage claim, not before. We were stuck. Ms. Brown spotted us at the gate and physically helped us carry our things, guiding us through customs and finding someone with a big trolley to help us. I have no idea what we would have done without her. This is a very knowledgable woman who extended her working day to help us, and did it all cheerfully. Newark is incredibly lucky to have her.

I had arrived on a flight from Denver, CO on Southwest Airline and had made my way to the Car Services to obtain a Lyft driver for a trip to my son’s house. I was having lots of problems using my cell phone to call a car service and was quite discouraged. I came to Ms Lauriston and told her of my problem . . . trying to then find my way to the exit at LGA. She was very responsive and listened well. I felt better after speaking with her. (I think she may have advised another fellow worker at LGA . . .of my predicament as he happened by me to let me know that I would need to turn off my phone and turn it on again to get a signal to LYFT’s website). That, too, was helpful. I will be better prepared to get to my destination with her help in the future, along with her help last evening in finding the exit to meet my son for the ride to my his house. She acted like a team veteran helping a rookie on the technology team, as I fumbled with the AMTRAK ticketing machine. She then asked me how quickly I wanted to get to my destination. No hurry I said then she suggested the regional train with a switch to Philly at the Trenton station. Ann then helped me with that machine, got me the two tickets with directions and saved me $115 in the process. Ann is truly a credit to your service. At this point she was distraught and was having trouble navigating the paperwork required to check in. Your employee Melissa stepped in. She was very kind and patient, and helped us get everything together so that our friend could get home. In fact, Melissa's customer service was so extraordinary that we wanted to thank her after our first interaction. But Melissa noticed that after clearing our friend to queue her for the ticket counter, there seemed to be another delay. Melissa came over and was able to help the ticket agent too! We stopped by the information center to ask where to find the covid testing and the lady there directed us to the testing site. A few minutes later we passed back by the information center and the same lady there by the name of Virginia asked us if everything went ok. I told her that we could not do the test because the results were going to take 3 days and my mom and brother needed to take a flight in 2 days. Virginia told us to go to Jet Blue terminal that they can give us the results within 24 hours. We did that and we got the results in less that 24 hours. Hi, How may I help you and I told him this is my first time at this location and I need transportation to the city. Mr. Domingo told me not to worry and he will make sure I get to my destination. He walked me close to a telephone and said I will call this company and you give them the information and they will be able to pick you up. After the phone conversation he came up to me and ask if everything ohk? Are they coming? I stated yes. This is the best and detailed customer experience I have ever had in a long time.
