Experience: I arrived with my baggage outside Delta terminal C to find quite a bit of construction. The taxi stand was no longer where I remembered it to be. I was overwhelmed, as my baggage was heavy. Geraldita approached me with a warm smile and asked if I was looking for taxi or Uber. I said taxi and she very nicely explained where the taxi stand was located. She walked a few steps with me, left down ground transportation, to show me a visual of where the taxis were located, across the street on the other side of the terminal. Experience: Hello - I just wanted to send a note to say how fantastic Christine Morris (company: ERMC) was to me a few weeks ago at LaGuardia airport in NYC (Terminal D). I left my work suit on the plane and had gone past security so was unable to retrieve the bag. I was a bit stressed and she saw me trying to solve the problem, proactively came up to me and directed me where I should go to get the bag. I ended up retrieving my bag because of Christine and when I went back to thank her, she proactively came up to me again to make sure I had gotten what I needed! Experience: I had not been to NY in 15 yrs, once outside La Guardia, I asked Ms. Welch a simple question about obtaining a car service. She did indicate where I would need to go but wanted to know more about my trip and where I was headed to see how she could help ( she saw I looked confused I guess). She made some public transit recommendations, walked me thru how easy it was to get around town using the bus and subway and even walked me to buy a 7 day pass to use the subway given I had shared all the things I wanted to do during my stay! Experience: I wanted to commend the service of two of your employees, Ms. Platellas and Mr. Basant (Company ERMC-Aviation). On August 23rd, I was returning from a trip to LaGuardia Airport. In the typical LGA pickup rush and confusion, I left one of my suitcases on the sidewalk. I was with my mom and she is in a wheelchair, so in my focus on getting her in my ride's car safely and not holding up traffic at the terminal, I forgot to put one of our suitcases in our ride's car. Shortly before I got home, Ms. Platellas called my cell phone (I had a tag on my bag) and told me that she had my suitcase. She was so kind and said she would keep her eye on it while at her post for the evening. I dropped my mom off at home and drove back into the airport. Experience: In HPN-On Saturday October 2, 2021: the passenger realized one of his suitcases was locked and tried all possible combinations but couldn’t open it. Orlando airport said to check with TSA in Westchester, NY. Upon arrival TSA employee Ms. King was more than glad to assist in getting the suitcase open. In the typical LGA pickup rush and confusion, I left one of my suitcases on the sidewalk. I was with my mom and she is in a wheelchair, so in my focus on getting her in my ride's car safely and not holding up traffic at the terminal, I forgot to put one of our suitcases in our ride's car. Shortly before I got home, Ms. Platellas called my cell phone (I had a tag on my bag) and told me that she had my suitcase. She was so kind and said she would keep her eye on it while at her post for the evening. I dropped my mom off at home and drove back into the airport. When I arrived, one of your other employees, K. Basant, saw me, must have seen the worried look on my face and asked me if I needed help and got me my suitcase!

As we got off the escalator, I noticed my husband did not have his back pack – he had left it on the tram. It contained his passport and other items. We frantically looked around for help. We saw Ms. Trudy Phifer with her red jacket and approached her for help. She was immediately a calming and supportive presence, assuring us she would help us and that the backpack would be found. She contacted other airport personnel right way and provided the necessary information to locate the backpack. Ms. Phifer then accompanied my husband to the tram car containing the pack back. While he waited to identify the bag, Ms. Phifer returned to me to assure me all as well. She then waited with me until my husband returned with the backpack. We offered her a tip which she politely declined.

Experience: I'm a local New Yorker and have never had better taxi service at LGA (and maybe in NYC all together). At the time of the flight, I was 6 months pregnant. My husband and I had just gotten off a 5 hour early morning flight. I was exhausted from lack of sleep and uncomfortable from pregnancy. My husband was carrying all of our bags through the airport over to the taxi stand. We were passing Ms. Hunter on the way to the curb and she congratulated me on the pregnancy which really brightened my day. New Yorker's don't usually go out of their way for pleasantries. We thanked her, and she invited us to stand at the front of the line to get in the very next taxi. The line was incredibly long and I don't think I could have stood there in the heat waiting for a car. My husband and I were so caught off guard by Ms. Hunters kindness and thoughtful gesture. With this being my first time, I have never had such a fast and easy experience and Syeda provided absolute sheer excellence. She guided me throughout my way in terminal D. We had issues with our ride not arriving and she found ways to accommodate us and ensure that we were not in panic. Not only was she kind, but she was very welcoming and warm. Syeda definitely made this experience one to remember and my family and I will definitely fly with LaGuardia again. I apologize in advance for the length of this, but these women were truly amazing and it was one, if not the best, airport experiences I’ve ever had. From walking in the attendant who helped me at lane/check in 1 (I didn’t realize international was different) to the amazing woman guiding people at point 2–she deserves an award for the behavior of customers being thrown at her and she never stopped being polite and helpful all while multi tasking. The gate check in agent was beyond kind and helpful (one of the first 3 double kiosks for delta). After I searched, Charles Offinger was on duty and asked me if everything was okay? We already had them call for my husband over the intercom system. Charles checked if his luggage was picked up, and it was so we know he made it that far. We told him not to move and not to get on any other shuttles. Charles Offinger called security at Terminal A to look for Charles and Kyna Napolitano found him and stayed with him until I drove over to Terminal A.

He/they then discussed the pros/cons of those services and offered that taxis were less expensive, so we headed to the taxi line only to learn that there were NO taxis available. We then made a reservation with Uber. Charles saw us returning to #8 pillar. He asked if could help. Experience: I had just gotten off a Delta flight that flew through hurricane Ida. I was a terrified wreck and very confused, had missed my car service of course. Christine was standing nearby, it was near midnight. She approached me and asked if she could help me. I needed help badly. From there she helped me get in touch with my son. My phone battery was dead. She arranged the call. She stayed with me until the care service showed up. She said, "Don't worry, I'll stay with you until you get in the right car." And Christine was the greatest gift showing up like an angel. I will never forget her.
