A few months back I was flying from Newark Airport to Houston and I lost my luggage on
the train while getting off. I was depressed and helpless and I didn't have a single
penny in my pocket because my wallet was in my luggage. One of your staff, MR. EUSTACE
COLE, came forward to help me and asked me what happened and why I was so worried. I told
him the whole story and he treated me like his family member. That same evening I got the
call from NJ Police department and they told me they found my luggage. I picked it up
from Trenton Station. That day I didn't have any money to travel to Trenton. MR EUSTACE
COLE gave me $20 from his pocket and supported me emotionally as well. I cant forget the

Experience: I am writing this to compliment for A Lauriston regarding her helpfulness at LGA Terminal D last evening. I had arrived on a flight from Denver, CO on Southwest Airline and had made my way to the Car Services to obtain a Lyft driver for a trip to my son’s house. I was having lots of problems using my cell phone to call a car service and was quite discouraged.
I came to Ms Lauriston and told her of my problem . . . trying to then find my way to the exit at LGA. She was very responsive and listened well. I felt better after speaking with her. (I think she may have advised another fellow worker at LGA . . .of my predicament as he happened by me to let me know that I would need to turn off my phone and turn it on again to get a signal to LYFT’s website). That, too, was helpful. I will be better prepared to get to my destination with her help in the future, along with her help last evening in finding the exit to meet my son for the ride to my his house. I appreciated her good attitud |

to purchase rail transportation to Philadelphia after I arrived from home in Ireland. She acted

ticketing machine. She then asked me how quickly I wanted to get to my destination. No hurry I
said then she suggested the regional train with a switch to Philly at the Trenton station. Ann
then helped me with that machine, got me the two tickets with directions and saved me $115 in the
process.

We stopped by the information center to ask where to find the covid testing and the lady there directed us to the testing site. I told her that we could not do the test because the results were going to take 3 days and my mom and brother needed to take a flight in 2 days. Mr. Mohammad Anwar approached me to ask if I needed assistance with getting a metro card as he observed me by the machine. I explained no,
but asked for directions to the M60 bus. We had light conversation concerning when airport renovations would be finished due to the long distance
between terminals for public transportation, and he stated very soon.
He noticed my two large bags and said, he has "a gift for me," then bought out a luggage carrier, which was extremely helpful due to the long walk
in the cold to Terminal C.
Mr. Anwar is an excellent representation of quality customer service. I had already experienced rudeness twice since getting off my flight.
I send my highest regards to your company for hiring someone like him. He deserves a raise and a promotion; NYC can use much more of his

Luis is very personable with his friendly smile and made every passenger feel welcome,

in words how much I feel relief that

medical attention. I am a diabetic
patient, and I’m 79 year old lady, all I

EMS right away’ but I already drink juice
which help me to control my sugar. All the

parking ABM but they told him if my car in

situation and finally they comes and help

patience and didn't give up , that is

Experience: Darlene was a great help to me and others who were stranded overnight at LGA. She was invaluable in making sure that we knew where to go, how to stay comfortable and safe, and how to handle the situation. She found water for us and directed us to areas that we could get food too. At one point, she even gave me a menu for a restaurant that delivered food to the airport. I can't imagine how much more difficult this whole experience would have been without her help! |

high. I'm glad before I order uber I ask Mr
M.Siddiqui who was helping other
passengers soon as he noticed that im
waiting for him he said 'Sir welcome to LGA
Airport give me a few minutes I will be
with you.' I like it the way he welcome me. He apologize me that I have to wait for
him, i told him uber charge me to much
what is my others opinions he asked me
about public transportation but i said if
any car service that would be more good.
He take me the welcome center where he
call car service Carmel which give very
economical price, and I'm very much happy
because i save 35 to 40 dollars. I'm very
thankful and appreciated his services
which was outstanding all the time i with
him, even he didn't take a tip that make
me more surprised and he give me his
business card. I truly appreciate his

Experience: I went to Terminal B by airtrain from the car rental station. There I recognized that I lost a little bag. I asked Bertha, if someone found it in the airtrain. She reached out to her colleagues and aso try to find it in one of the airtrains. Furthermore, she gave me the advise to go back to the car rental station and check if the bag is there. In the meanwhile she kept an eye if it was found in the airtrain.
With her help, I found it and was able to get my flight in time. She was really kind and proactive. I appreaciated her help. |
