Experience: I had an accident on an international trip and wasn't able to get or carry my luggage when I arrived at LGA. I asked Efrain from L-2, where I could find a push cart and immediately felt grateful to have met and have been taken care of by him. Efrain not only listened to me recount my accident, but was emotionally empathic and adept; he was active and proactive with little instruction. He helped with my bags and car service in such little time that I forgot my physical limitations and psychological troubles as he helped me. I would like to commend Effrain for his seem-less attitude, work, and grace. I couldn't have met a better person to be there for me when I was having a hard time collecting myself and things after such a trip. Experience: To ERMC A -LLC Management, Mr. Mohammad Anwar approached me to ask if I needed assistance with getting a metro card as he observed me by the machine. I explained no, but asked for directions to the M60 bus. We had light conversation concerning when airport renovations would be finished due to the long distance between terminals for public transportation, and he stated very soon. He noticed my two large bags and said, he has "a gift for me," then bought out a luggage carrier, which was extremely helpful due to the long walk in the cold to Terminal C. Mr. Anwar is an excellent representation of quality customer service. I had already experienced rudeness twice since getting off my flight. I send my highest regards to your company for hiring someone like him. He deserves a raise and a promotion; NYC can use much more of his kind of representation. Thank you

Experience: Luis drove us from Terminal A to Terminal B of LGA on Jan. 12, 2021. Luis is very personable with his friendly smile and made every passenger feel welcome, comfortable, and his friendliness was much appreciated. He approached me asking if everything is OK, reading some concern on my face. I forgot to return the key of the rental car to Hertz and was facing $500 charge or missing my flight. Luis calmly got into my situation and advised me to write all information of the rental car and offered to take the key to the bus driver of Hertz Company to return it to the office. His rational decision was a key quality in this case. I should also mention his quality of smooth driving. I saw Luis’s dedication to the work he does focusing on the road when behind the wheel and his attention to passengers during the stops. His care is much appreciated and he is the one who makes a difference in the lives of others. Thank you Luis!

Experience: A few hectic weeks later and one woman’s astounding kindness is still weighing heavy on my mind, and lightly on my heart! I was arriving international and was awfully overwhelmed: awfully overwhelmed BEFORE losing my portfolio that contains EVERY significant document I own. We’re talking passport, original birth certificate, s.s. card, wallets, the whole shebang. Bertha noticed that everyone was overlooking me and took it upon herself, at the end of her shift, to retrieve my portfolio that was miraculously found on the sky train. She understood it was the only way the teary young woman in front of her would make her flight on time. Her attention paid off, and I had minutes to spare. It was a hectic day for the airport after substantial snowfall, and she still took the time and care to help me. She jumped in at my rescue like it was second nature. Thank you, Bertha.

I’d like to say the airport signage is easy to understand, but given that it takes two buses to get a rental vehicle, and for others that may be accessing other areas, Luis made it easy. I literally was in a panic attack because after I got off the air train I realized my backpack had slipped off my arm just as I was leaving the train, and knew it was right there on the floor and it pulled away. Your employee called the next stop and it was retrieved from a transit worker and I just had to go back and get it.The employee kept me from having to go home because everything was in my bag and I wouldn't have been able to go without it. Experience: My flight was canceled and I was forced to rebook on another airline. Unfortunately the other airline was located in a different terminal and I had a very limited amount of time to get there. Luis was my shuttle driver and extremely understanding and helpful. When I boarded the shuttle I was very stressed and had received very little assistance from the airline that canceled my flight. Luis calmed me down and got me to the terminal quickly and safely.

There is no doubt if I said this is one of my best ever Christmas in my whole life just because one of your best and excellent employee name M.Siddiqui, for me he's such an angel. I feel unwell since I get in the plane, when I arrived Terminal B at baggage claim area I sit there and check my Sugar which is low that's way I feel weak all the time in my flight. When I was checking my sugar I hear 'Good Evening Miss do you need Any kind of Medical Attention?’ I can't explain in words how much I feel relief that someone is here to ask me if I need any medical attention. I am a diabetic patient, and I’m 79 year old lady, all I need that time someone stand my me, but M.Siddiqui ask me time by time ‘Miss please allow me to call his supervisor who call EMS right away’ but I already drink juice which help me to control my sugar. All the time he stand by me and he didn't forget his duties.

Experience: I actually remember Adam from my inbound flight into EWR as well as my outbound flight. I was concerned about the elevator not working due to my 50lb large bag. Adam was courteous, thoughtful and made sure I was safe getting onto the escalator. On both occasions he told me where I needed to go. He was friendly and kind. Traveling can be stressful, especially during coronavirus when you might not want to be traveling on an international flight, but have to. Sometimes you aren't thinking straight, feeling flustered. It's so helpful having someone guide you in the right direction, knowing exactly how many stops and answering any questions you might have. It's reassuring. I wish all airports had people like Adam. This time is difficult for me, and I forget my wallet in airplane. I have no idea where I’m going or what to do. I feel like lost, but then I hear a voice 'Sir are you feel okay?' The way he ask me I can't hold myself and tears comes in my eyes. He take me to the chair and ask me for a water and bring me a water bottle. The point I’m going to raise there are thousands of people who saw me at airport who work there but only one person ask me 'Sir are you feel okay' and he sees there is something wrong with me and take care of me and give me a water of bottle and also take care of my lost wallet situation, and give directions to my girlfriend who going to pick me up. She found water for us and directed us to areas that we could get food too. At one point, she even gave me a menu for a restaurant that delivered food to the airport. I can't imagine how much more difficult this whole experience would have been without her help!

I started to walk towards the LGA shuttle pick up area. I made it to Avis' exit where I saw a LGA shuttle heading my way. I flagged down the driver and he graciously stopped for me. I fully expected him to tell me he couldn't pick me up because I wasn't waiting at the designated pick up place. He allowed me to get on. I told him I appreciated him stopping and picking me up like he did. He kindly explained to me he shouldn't have stopped for me but he did because he had an almost empty bus and traffic was almost non-existent at that hour of the morning. Experience: I was having a super bad day- I had missed my first train, I was left alone inside a major airport I'd never been to, I had to spend $100 extra on a ticket for the next train, I ran out of data, and I couldn't access Wifi to get to my ticket. Nothing I was trying to do to pull up my new ticket through email was working. I am young and this was my first time traveling alone, and I was afraid I would miss another train trying to figure out how to get my ticket. This lady saw that I was upset and trying to figure out what to do, and she came over and she asked what was wrong and if she could help me. At first I said I was okay, but she told me she'd noticed that I was having trouble and she wanted to help me in any way she could. I explained my situation, and she worked with another employee in the station to help me print a physical ticket even after my card didn't work in the machine. What an angel! I was about to cry, I was so relieved.

I was trying to figure out what to do when I saw this guy approaching me like a light of hope. He came and asked me what was wrong and I told him everything and he took me to the baggage office and was there with me this whole time until the guy came with my luggage. I tried giving him some tip which he refused to take and that's when he gave me this card with his name on it . I really wanna thank this guy for helping me throughout this whole process.
