Your company and is lucky to having these type of staff with bright and welcoming faces who build the trust in any organization in the best way. A few months back I was flying from Newark Airport to Houston and I lost my luggage on the train while getting off. I was depressed and helpless and I didn't have a single penny in my pocket because my wallet was in my luggage. One of your staff, MR. EUSTACE COLE, came forward to help me and asked me what happened and why I was so worried. I told him the whole story and he treated me like his family member. That same evening I got the call from NJ Police department and they told me they found my luggage. I picked it up from Trenton Station. That day I didn't have any money to travel to Trenton. Experience: I am writing this to compliment for A Lauriston regarding her helpfulness at LGA Terminal D last evening. I had arrived on a flight from Denver, CO on Southwest Airline and had made my way to the Car Services to obtain a Lyft driver for a trip to my son’s house. I was having lots of problems using my cell phone to call a car service and was quite discouraged. I came to Ms Lauriston and told her of my problem . . . trying to then find my way to the exit at LGA. She was very responsive and listened well. I felt better after speaking with her. (I think she may have advised another fellow worker at LGA . . .of my predicament as he happened by me to let me know that I would need to turn off my phone and turn it on again to get a signal to LYFT’s website). That, too, was helpful. I will be better prepared to get to my destination with her help in the future, along with her help last evening in finding the exit to meet my son for the ride to my his house. Experience: Ann the Roamer was delightful and must have spent a good ten minutes working with and helping me to purchase rail transportation to Philadelphia after I arrived from home in Ireland. She acted like a team veteran helping a rookie on the technology team, as I fumbled with the AMTRAK ticketing machine. She then asked me how quickly I wanted to get to my destination. No hurry I said then she suggested the regional train with a switch to Philly at the Trenton station. Ann then helped me with that machine, got me the two tickets with directions and saved me $115 in the process. Ann is truly a credit to your service. Experience: I wish to express my appreciation to Mr. Ubong U from ERMV, EWR terminal B for his prompt reaction and recovery of my cell phone that I accidentally left in one of the compartments of the train where I boarded at the car rental station. I immediately informed the security person at the airport station that he reported the loss and a few minutes later I met Mr. Ubong at station B where he was waiting for me with the phone. Everyone told me that there was nothing that could be done and they could not locate my Passport. I was ready to get another one and McKenzie ended up reaching out to me on FACEBOOK. I have not used FACEBOOK in years. She had reached out to my friends from college and allowed me to come back to the airport and get it. She saved me so much time!!! I asked the red shirt customer service helper where we could find a wheel chair. She asked which airline we were flying and said she would arrange to have one for us. Experience: We want to compliment an employee. Last night we brought a friend to JFK terminal 4 to catch a return flight to Israel. She was in the USA only a few days, here to bury her brother. The flight two days ago for an early leg of her journey had been full of problems not of her making, complicating her journey. At this point she was distraught and was having trouble navigating the paperwork required to check in. Your employee Melissa stepped in. She was very kind and patient, and helped us get everything together so that our friend could get home. In fact, Melissa's customer service was so extraordinary that we wanted to thank her after our first interaction. But Melissa noticed that after clearing our friend to queue her for the ticket counter, there seemed to be another delay. Melissa came over and was able to help the ticket agent too! I got myself to the AirTrain and when I walked in, first thing I saw Mr. Moore and he came toward me and asked if I needed help. Told him where I needed to go. I had cancelled my flight I was waiting at my terminal to through my next course of action after this abrupt change in itinerary. When I noticed I was missing a carry on that had over 5,000 worth of things in it like my MacBook, designer jewelry and the bag itself. Faizan stayed with me for over what seem like two hours! We went through all possibilities of where and at what point I could’ve lost bag. We stopped by the information center to ask where to find the covid testing and the lady there directed us to the testing site. A few minutes later we passed back by the information center and the same lady there by the name of Virginia asked us if everything went ok. I told her that we could not do the test because the results were going to take 3 days and my mom and brother needed to take a flight in 2 days. Virginia told us to go to Jet Blue terminal that they can give us the results within 24 hours. We did that and we got the results in less that 24 hours. Luis calmly got into my situation and advised me to write all information of the rental car and offered to take the key to the bus driver of Hertz Company to return it to the office. Experience: I was on the AirTrain trying to go to Terminal C but it was not properly indicated what stop it was so the AirTrain took me to the train station far from the airport. It was very late at night and I was alone with a lot of luggage so I was scared. I asked Iecha and she redirected me to the train again and told me terminal C was in two stops. THANK GOODNESS she was there because I did not know where to go at all and it was dark and late at night so there wasn´t any people to ask!

I feel unwell since I get in the plane, when I arrived Terminal B at baggage claim area I sit there and check my Sugar which is low that's way I feel weak all the time in my flight. When I was checking my sugar I hear 'Good Evening Miss do you need Any kind of Medical Attention?’ I can't explain in words how much I feel relief that someone is here to ask me if I need any medical attention. I am a diabetic patient, and I’m 79 year old lady, all I need that time someone stand my me, but M.Siddiqui ask me time by time ‘Miss please allow me to call his supervisor who call EMS right away’ but I already drink juice which help me to control my sugar. Experience: I actually remember Adam from my inbound flight into EWR as well as my outbound flight. I was concerned about the elevator not working due to my 50lb large bag. Adam was courteous, thoughtful and made sure I was safe getting onto the escalator. On both occasions he told me where I needed to go. He was friendly and kind. Traveling can be stressful, especially during coronavirus when you might not want to be traveling on an international flight, but have to. Sometimes you aren't thinking straight, feeling flustered.
